Horse riding, a different way to explore the Ardèche!

The Camping Le Mas de Chavetourte benefits from being 200 metres from a beautiful equestrian centre which offers horse riding, with circuits unique to the Ardèche.

An exceptional location right in the south of the Ardèche, overlooking the Gorges de La Beaume, the Vallée de l’Ardèche and the Vallée de Chassezac, the equestrian centre is a former 16th century silk farm that, like the Camping le Mas de Chavetourte, is ideally located 500 metres from the historic village of Labeaume, 3 km from Ruoms and 12 km from Vallon Pont d’Arc.

Jacques Talagrand and his team offer the opportunity for you to explore the Ardèche on horseback safely, thanks to their range of horses suitable for all levels, children and adults alike.

Crossing 3 rivers on horseback

Saint Alban Auriolles is located on the confluence of the Ardèche, the Chassezac and La Beaume, 3 rivers that you can cross on horseback.

From the 2-hour ride suitable for all levels to the 3.5-hour ride for riders of medium to advanced level, your route will include in particular the descent of the Le Chassezac river on horseback, which is 15 minutes in the water!

A unique experience for horse- and nature-lovers.
